美房市数据靓丽 黄金继续承压
黄金期货市场2015年8月黄金期价7月22日收于每盎司1093美元，比前一交易日在下跌了7美元，跌幅为0.64%。白银期货下跌了0.4%，报14.76美元。
美房市美好未来推高美元：周三公布的美国成屋销售数据显示，美国6月成屋销售总数年化实际为549万户，表现超出预期；6月成屋销售年化月率实际3.2%，高于预期1.2%。美元指数在数据公布后，得到重新向上测试阻力的动能。美国成屋销售数据表现靓丽，使市场对美国楼市复苏产生信心，同时增大了市场对美联储加息的乐观态度，这或将再次推高美元，从而使黄金继续承压，打压国际金价走软。
英国央行纪要暗示加息倾向提高：周三纽约时段早盘，英镑兑美元显著上扬，盘中涨幅超过百点，日内公布的7月份的英央行会议纪要显示，委员们一致同意维持现有利率0.50%、资产购买规模3750亿英镑不变；但多位委员倾向支持加息，委员们认为近期的数据表明，生产率前景更为健康，修正后的财政政策对经济的拖累，不太可能大于以前，预计英国GDP将在第二和第三季度分别增长0.7%。从该消息可以看出，英央行大部分委员对英国经济发展前景，都持有乐观的态度，这让英央行内部再次明显倾向了加息，这为英镑走高提供强力支撑，使英镑兑美元汇率上扬，间接抑制美元涨势，从而为黄金提供支撑。
