美元承压 抑制黄金跌势
黄金期货市场2015年8月黄金期价7月14日收于每盎司1154.3美元，比前一交易日在下跌了2.7美元，跌幅为0.23%。白银期货下跌了0.84%，报15.34美元。
美国零售数据下跌 打压美元：美国商务部周二公布的数据显示，美国6月零售销售月率下降0.3%，5月向下修正为上升1%。另外，美国商务部还在报告中称，13个主要零售行业中有8个出现需求下滑。分项指标显示，6月汽车、餐饮、家具、服装业销售上月均出现下滑。美国零售销售数据意外下滑，为美国经济增长前景蒙上阴影，打压市场对美联储首次加息的预期，给美元带来压力，从而在一定程度上提振黄金。
英央行称考虑加息：周二，英国统计局公布的通胀系列数据，整体好于预期。随后，英国央行行长卡尼表示，鉴于英国通胀目标均衡，央行加息进程已经越来越近，并预计升息将会逐步推进，但也表示利率峰值可能将低于历史水平。受此言论影响，英镑兑美元短线飙升百点，汇价曾在1.5570一线交投。英国央行行长发表加息言论，刺激英镑兑美元大幅飙升，使美元受到一定程度的打压，从而抑制国际金价的部分跌幅。
