美国楼市复苏 金价承压回落
黄金期货市场2015年7月黄金期价6月16日收于每盎司1181美元，比前一交易日下跌了4.7美元，跌幅为0.4%。白银期货下跌了0.37%，报15.98美元。
营建许可攀升 美国楼市复苏：美国商务部周二公布的数据显示，美国5月新屋开工年化月率下跌，但值得注意的是，美国4月和5月的新屋开工累计户数,达到2007年最后两个月以来的最佳水平。另外，5月营建许可总数升至127.5万户，创下2007年8月以来最高。这份数据报告显示，美国的房地产市场持续向好，年初美国房市低迷的现状逐步改善，随着美国就业市场的升温，美国房地产需求将逐步回升，或能抵消制造业的疲软，为美联储加息可能构成支撑，打压金价走软。
欧洲经济走软 加重黄金下行风险：欧洲经济研究中心周二公布的数据显示，德国6月ZEW经济景气指数跌至31.5，创去年11月以来最低。另外，虽然基于消费者信心增长，德国央行上调了德国的经济预测，欧元区却因为希腊未能成功与债权人达成协议而遭受冲击。另外周二公布的数据显示欧洲5月份汽车销售增长速度为6个月以来最低。德国投资者信心指数接连跌势，暗示着身为欧元区较重要的经济大国，增速水平开始放缓，另外希腊债务违约风险也是欧元区成长的重要阻碍，欧洲格局对金市的利空影响大于利好，金价后市下行风险加剧。
