美国房指疲软 金银震荡反弹
黄金期货市场2015年6月黄金期价5月18日收于每盎司1225.30美元，比前一交易日上涨了2.30美元，涨幅为0.19%。白银期货上涨了1.08%，报17.71美元。
美国5月房价指数延续疲软：美国全国住房建筑商协会周一发表声明称，5月房价指数跌至54.0，分析师平均预估为57.0，前值为56.0。美国5月建筑商信心指数意外下滑，主要反映在房屋销售和购房者热情降温，或表明，美国的楼市仍需一段较长的时期获取复苏动能。由于美国房价指数延续疲软态势，提振了黄金多头信心，利好于金银。
希腊债务忧虑升温：希腊政府周一表示，希腊政府急需在5月底前与国际债权人敲定协议，才能令希腊免于经济困境。与此同时，欧盟委员会表示，与希腊就增值税及不良贷款等方面的谈判取得一定的进展，但关于劳动力市场和养老金方面的谈判仍然无果。虽然希腊一度表明不会发生违约风险，但是市场对希腊债务违约以及破产的忧虑情绪加剧，令希腊国债周一大跌，进而推动10年期收益率创出1月份以来最大涨幅，同时欧元兑美元于纽约盘中承压下行，间接利好于美指，使得黄金昨日回吐部分涨幅。
