鸽派新西兰联储 黄金迎挑战

NAR成屋签约销售数据继续攀升：美国周三公布的数据显示，美国3月成屋签约销售指数年率增长13.4%，前值12.0%，预期5.1%，销售成绩为自2012年10月以来的最高增长水平。由于近期良好的劳动力市场以及低廉的贷款利率，美国人更倾向于购买房地产，使得美国3月成屋签约销售数据持续攀升，鼓舞美元多头，令黄金多空双方较量激烈，且随着市场日内继续消化美联储声明，金价可能将维持相对弱势。
新西兰联储鸽派气息浓烈：周四新西兰联储利率决议后发表申明，新西兰未来货币政策将会更加关注中期通胀前景，若通胀持续走低、国内需求进一步疲软，则新西兰联储将会考虑升息，但目前并没有该打算。同时，新西兰联储将继续维持官方现金利率在3.5%不变。由于新西兰联储维持官方利率不变，且货币政策声明整体偏向鸽派，令纽元兑美元应声受挫下跌，国际金价再度承压。
