美国成屋销售飙升 金价大跌
黄金期货市场2015年5月黄金期价4月22日收于每盎司1186.80美元，比前一交易日下跌了13.10美元，跌幅为1.09%。白银期货下跌了1.19%，报15.76美元。
美国3月成屋销售数据强劲：美地产经纪商协会周三公布的数据显示，美国3月季调后成屋销售年化月率增长6.1%至519万户，预期增长3.1%，前值修正为增长1.5%。报告还指出，美国3月成屋销售价格升幅创下2014年2月以来最大，3月销售总额创下2013年9月以来最高水平。美国3月成屋销售数据表现强劲，鼓舞市场流动性资金大幅流入美股等较高风险的投资品种，削弱了黄金等避险资产的保值魅力，金价一度跌破千二关口，且收于1190.00美元/盎司下方。
瑞士央行扩大负利率适用范围：周三瑞士央行在声明中称，将扩大适用负利率的活期存款账户范围，并表示负利率也将适用于存放在央行的企业即期存款帐户。此外，瑞央行还大幅减少，豁免该行即期存款负利率帐户的机构家数，新豁免规则将于2015年5月1日生效。为了遏制大量的资金涌入瑞郎以及提振出口经济，瑞士央行扩大负利率使用范围，使得持有瑞郎的投资吸引力进一步下降，导致瑞郎昨夜兑欧元、美元等主要货币全线走低，助涨了美元的增长势头，国际金价再度承压。
