成屋销售数据疲弱 金价持稳
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场2015年3月黄金期价2月23日收于每盎司1201.30美元，比前一交易日下降了2.10美元，跌幅为0.17%。白银期货上涨0.37%，报16.29美元。
日央行纪要强调油价的重要性：周一，日本央行公布了1月份的会议纪要。许多委员指出，由于油价前景方面的不确定性，日本实现2%预期通胀率目标的前景可能不乐观。若油价逐步反弹，日本将可能在2015财年达到预设的通胀目标，但长期物价走势趋势并未发生变化。纪要公布后，美元兑日元在昨日亚市早盘时小幅走强，并触及119.15一线。日本央行会议纪要强调油价对实现通胀率目标的影响，使得日本进一步实行宽松政策的风险性增加，美元兑日元逐步走强，这将进一步打压国际金价。
美1月成屋销售数据下降：周一，全美地产经纪商协会公布的数据显示，美国1月成屋销售总数年化482万户，创2014年4月以来的新低，大幅不及预期的495万户，12月为504万户。美国1月成屋销售环比大跌4.9%，预期为下跌1.8%，12月为环比增长2.4%。数据公布后，美股于午盘时下跌，金银价获得反弹动力上行。美国1月成屋销售数据不及预期，体现了美国房市复苏的不稳定性，并将从一定程度上抑制美元指数的强劲走势，对国际金价构成利好的影响。
