行情回顾：欧洲时段，ICE美元指数进一步反弹，后市可能指向100日均线80.50，非美货币普遍刷新短期低点，贵金属也持续承压，黄金价格创四周新低1320，白银则跌破100日均线，确认打开进一步下行空间。
【基本面】
美联储在3月利率决议中进一步削减100亿美元资产购买，符合市场广泛预期，与此同时放弃6.5%的失业率加息门坎，表示将同时关注包括就业改善和通货膨胀率在内的一篮子经济指标。令人意想不到的是新任主席耶伦在新闻发布会上指出，美联储可能在QE结束后6个月上调基准利率。若美联储在每次利率决议上削减100亿美元QE，可以预期资产购买计划将在今年四季度完全结束，那么FOMC最早可能在2015年中首度加息。通常情况下美联储不会透露关于如何制定货币政策的明确信息，所以不管耶伦是有心暗示还是无意之举，多数投资者都已经把“在QE结束后较长一段时间内维持零利率政策”理解为“QE结束后6个月内FOMC将进入加息周期”。30天联邦基金期货隐含利率显示，加息预期在利率决议后明显升温，市场参与者预期美联储首度加息25基点的时间点从2015年11月提前至2015年8月 (提前约一个季度) ，加息预期发酵将有助于美元短期反弹修正。
美国上周初请失业金人数为32万，与预期相符，不过投资者对数据反映平淡，ICE美元指数数据后并未进一步扩大涨幅。后市继续关注2月成屋销售和咨商会经济领先指标， 后者将给予我们美国经济在未来6个月表现的最新信息。美国1月咨商会领先指标环比增长0.3%，与2013年三季度相比，11月到1月环比增速明显放缓，可能暗示经济加速复苏的势头面临放缓风险。目前预期2月领先指标月率为0.2%，好于预期的结果或推动ICE美元指数进一步上行测试80.50，相反意外走弱的数据可能限制美元反弹空间。笔者在前期评论中指出，ICE美元指数在连续6周下跌后已经出现严峻的超卖迹象，利率决议恰好成为美元反弹修正的导火索，这无疑进一步加重了贵金属面临的短期下行压力 (另一方面地缘政治风险降温，避险情绪回落) 。后市关注50/100日均线80.50能否提供有效阻力，若破败于此则美元将再度转为走弱。
【技术分析】
金价跌破20日均线，后市可能指向200日均线1300，关注该位置能否提供有效支持，下破则确认趋势重新转为向下，企稳则有望反弹修正。
