美国房屋数据下滑 现货黄金价格涨至高点

【基本面】
房屋数据延续近期以来下滑走势。美国12月S&P/CS20座大城市房价指数月率下滑0.1%，市场预期0.6%，美国房价上涨势头放缓，这可能意味着房价复苏最强劲的时候已经过去。另外美国2月咨商会消费者信心指数78.1，低于市场预期80.0，上月为80.7。另外美国2月蒙德里奇联储制造业指数-6，低于市场预期5。尽管美国经济2014年前景较好，但是经济数据的持续下滑对市场信心形成影响，如果经济数据不能改善，股市短期内或将继续承压。
股市在纪录高点附近震荡刺激投资者获利平仓，数据显示2月份从股市流出的资金达到60亿美金，美股在录得记录高点后投资者逐渐获利平仓以等待更好的买入机会。美联储理事塔鲁洛日内称目前市场没有明显的泡沫，美联储会继续保持宽松货币政策。
【行情分析】
金价周二升至四个月高位，延续涨势至第四日，此前令人失望的美国消费者信心数据和房价升幅乏善可陈，燃点对美国经济复苏步伐的忧虑。
12月标普/Case-Shiller房价指数升幅放缓凸显楼市复苏失去动能，且另一报告显示2月消费者信心下降。所以令到黄金现货由突破1280后仍然维持升势至今早最高1343。
但是投资人也关注周四美联储主席耶伦在参议院金融委员会就货币政策的半年度作证。所以投者应小心谨慎。
今日预测，黄金会在1345-1321上落。
