通胀低影响美联储减码 现货黄金或将利多

【基本面】
本周四凌晨美联储将公布2013年最后一次美联储利率决议，也是现任主席伯南克主持的最后一次利率决议。焦点自然是美联储是否会开始缩减购债规模，不过从近期市场表现来看，市场对于这一问题的反应已经大为弱化，此前一直是焦点，但自上次利率决议之后，市场的表现似乎开始逐渐忽略这一影响，关于缩减购债规模的谈论对市场的影响最近非常有限，话题的持续时间太长，本身也会慢慢缺乏新鲜感。目前来看，虽然近期美国经济数据表现优异，不过市场的主流预期依然是自2014年第一季度开始逐步缩减购债规模，另外从利率期货来看，市场预期美联储在2015年中期开始加息，这与美联储此前的低利率承诺相符。不过如果本次利率决议出现小规模的购债规模缩减，对市场的影响可能依然是倾向于短期刺激，毕竟所有人都知道，量化宽松结束是早晚的事，不可能永远持续下去。
相比今日消息面的平静，明日将有一系列通胀数据公布，包括英国11月消费者物价指数，欧元区消费者物价指数以及美国11月消费者物价指数。美联储关注的通胀数据是核心消费者支出物价指数，已与非农数据同时公布，明日的美国通胀数据对美联储影响较小；目前的共识是通胀持续低迷，即使通胀出现回升，对于美联储更改目前现行政策的影响可能较为有限，对于市场预期影响也较为有限；所以明日的通胀数据影响可能同样较为短期，当然若大大超出预期，自然不同，不过近期似乎没有通胀飙升的苗头。
【行情分析】
近几日黄金窄幅震荡的基调，让投资者已经厌倦。然而从今天开始，黄金将迎来2013年最后一次大周。周内有美国通货膨胀数据，美联储利率决议以及伯南克谢幕。
伯南克和耶伦不缩减QE的一个重要因素就是美国通胀太低，所以这次CPI的重要性不亚于非农，或比随后公布的美联储纪要更加重要。
2013年12月17日(周二)21:30将公布美国11月CPI，市场预期为1.3%；低于预期的结果可能对美元构成下行风险，那么CPI或连续4个月回落。若11月CPI意外高于预期，美联储有望加快缩减QE的步伐，利好美元，利空黄金。
预计金价于周四议息会议前会于1220 – 1260上落。
