国会达成预算协议 支撑美联储提前减码 黄金价震荡

美国国会达成临时性预算协议，支持了美国联邦储备理事会(FED)可能提前开始缩减刺激规模的预期。美国国会周二宣布两党达成预算协议，虽然削减支出的幅度较为温和，但协议将结束共和党与民主党之间将近三年来的僵持局面。金价周三跌见1250.10美元，上日曾触及三周高位1267.26美元。美国11月预算赤字较上年同期大幅收窄，这使国会在达成明年减支预算协议后，进一步实施撙节举措的意愿降低。市场担忧近期经济数据表现强劲，加上美国预算达成协议，可能促使美联储很快开始缩减购债规模。美联储将于12月17-18日举行政策会议。接受路透调查的多数经济学家预计，美联储将从明年3月起缩减购债规模，但在近期强劲的经济数据出炉后，部分经济学家对美联储可能提前行动的预期升温。
另外，据知情消息人士周三透露，将于6月卸下以色列央行八年总裁职位的费舍尔(Stanley Fischer)已接获征询，在耶伦接下美国联邦储备理事会(FED)主席后出任下届副主席。
【技术分析】
日线图昨晚报收一根中阴线,力度很大直接穿破了布林中轨和短期均线,又回到了前期宽幅震荡的区间内,行情又回到了区间之内那就关注前期的小平底位置1222。四小时图K线低位震荡,目前运行的是一根阳线有站稳MA5的迹象,附图指标空头缩量。小时图K线小实体整理,附图指标也处于向上调整中,上方关注布林中轨道1233位置的阻力。
