行情回顾：欧洲时段，美元疲软依旧，ICE美元指数跌破80整数字，贵金属窄幅整理，黄金企稳1250上方，白银企稳20美元，铜价继续强劲上涨，日图价格上破200日均线。
【基本面】
市场交投清淡，美国共和党和民主党议员达成新的预算协议，设定未来两年政府支出水平和替代部分自动预算削减，该协议令政府再度关闭的风险显著降温。投资者对美国财政前景改善反应平淡，多数市场参与者正等待12月17-18号美联储利率决议。接受路透社调查的多数经济学家认为，美联储可能在明年3月份削减资产购买，然而由于近期美国数据改善明显，尤其是就业市场已经呈现加速改善的迹象，1-11月月均非农新增就业不仅回升至18.9万，失业率也大幅降至7.0%，投资者不可忽视FOMC在12月份率先采取行动的可能性。考虑到经济增长和政策预期对美元影响较小，即使美联储在12月份削减QE，也未必能推动美元强劲上涨。
美国正面临通货膨胀持续下滑的威胁，10月CPI年率降至1.0%，创2009年10月以来最低水平，核心CPI年率维持在1.7%，10月PCE年率降至0.7%，跌至3年半以来低点，核心PCE年率也回落至1.1%，上述通胀衡量指标均远低于央行长期目标2.0%。物价水平萎靡不振无疑制约美联储撤出宽松的意愿，若将就业市场和通胀水平综合进行考虑，即使美联储可能在12月利率决议上削减资产购买，其削减规模也相对温和。北美时段已无重要经济数据，预计贵金属短期反弹行情有望延续，周四美国将公布11月零售销售，市场预期11月零售销售月率上升0.3%，略低于前值0.4%，好于预期的结果可能为美元提供短暂支持，低于预期的数据则有望进一步提振贵金属反弹。
【技术分析】
金价上破10/20日均线，或确认打开短期反弹空间，后市有望进一步上行测试50日均线1285和1300整数字。
