国际现货黄金偏弱 反弹力度低

【基本面】
国际六方周日与伊朗达成历史性协议，同意部分放宽对伊朗的经济制裁，以换取限制伊朗核计划并确保伊朗不能急於发展核武器的举措。该协议要求伊朗停止生产接 近武器级别的核燃料（丰度20%浓缩铀），同时移除核裂变材料库存。该国库存估计接近足够生产一枚核弹。作为回报，西方将解除对伊朗的部分经济制裁。周一开盘後布伦特原油期货下滑2.5美元最低至108.76美元/桶，跌幅约2%。
花旗银行上周五在报告中指出，央行黄金购买速度逊於预期，实物黄金呈现中性，暂时看不到2014年反弹。
堪萨斯联储主席乔治上周五表示，美联储将在12月份举行的下一次货币政策会议上讨论缩减量化宽松政策。
亚特兰大联储主席洛克哈特上周五称，缩减购债应会进入未来几次的美联储会议议程。洛克哈特在接受访时称，他预计美国联邦公开市场委员会将在12月、1月及3月会议上讨论缩减当前每月850亿美元的购债规模。他表示，将在经济和市场都做好准备时缩减购债规模；预期美联储退出量化宽松时情况可以控制。他同时强调，即便美联储开始缩减QE，但货币政策可能会维持非常宽松一段时间，可能会延续数年。他还表示，预计经济将在2014年回升，但目前增长缓慢；美国就业方面已经取得了长足进展。他并提醒，美国财政政策带来的事件风险可能会在1月重演。
欧洲央行执委阿斯穆森上周六表示，虽然欧洲央行已经在本月初将基准利率下调到了0.25%这一前所未有的超低水平，但如果此後的经济状况仍有必要的话，那么欧洲央行仍有可能会祭出进一步的措施，包括将准备金存款利率进一步降至负区间等等。
高盛上调欧元区经济展望，把2014年增长率预期从0.9%上调至1.1%。
【技术分析】
上周收出一支中阴线，目前来看整体技术分析还是有些偏弱，日线来看，还有一定下行空间，MACD缩量之后再次放量，K线连续收弱，反弹空间较小基本没什么力度，KDJ超卖严重，有反弹的需求但还是不能明确看涨，只有等上破并站上至少1255才能看涨黄金。4小时图来看，目前横盘依旧，大田金业分析师表示，多空头全部表现平平,MACD金叉放量，RSI勾头向上，大跌行情后的技术整理或许还要振荡一些时间。今日思路安排为振荡，1265是上方重要阻力位，暂还不能考虑中长线入场。
操作建议：
1、1338-40做多， 止损4美元，目标看45附近
2、1245-46做空，止损1249，目标1239
3、下方破1237，回撤1239附近做空，止损4美元，目标1233-1221
