日内消息面平淡 黄金或将延续跌势

【基本面】
德国央行行长魏德曼周一呼吁欧洲央行加强财政纪律，除非特殊情况，否则不允许违背欧盟预算规定。他批评欧盟让西班牙、法国、斯洛文尼亚和塞浦路斯更多的时间来完成其预算赤字目标。
欧盟经济与货币事务委员雷恩周一称，欧盟可能于本周针对德国经济进行一次深度评估，以评定如何降低该国庞大的经常项目盈余。雷恩在周一发表的一篇博客中称，欧盟委员会本周需要研讨是否在欧盟“宏观经济失衡程序”的监督机制下启动对德国经济的深度评估。
苏格兰皇家银行将欧元区三季度GDP预估下调至0.1%，此前为0.2%。
瑞典商业银行周一表示，欧洲央行降息令瑞典央行调降回购利率的可能性增加。
伊朗原子能机构负责人萨利希表示，伊朗与联合国下属的国际原子能机构(IAEA)周一就一项合作路线图达成协议，该路线图旨在解决伊朗备受争议的原子能发展计划相关的未决问题。另据伊朗国家电视台报告，伊朗同意允许联合国扩大对伊朗核基地的监视。

中国金融机构10月份新增人民币贷款5,061亿元 (约合830亿美元) ，低于9月份的人民币7,870亿元，同时也是今年迄今为止最低的月度水平。当月总体社会融资规模为人民币8,654亿元，低于9月份的人民币1.4万亿元。
【技术分析】
从短线走势小时图来看，黄金目前处在周五下跌后的整理当中，而在日内消息平淡的情况下黄金延续弱势的可能性较大。不过日图显示，金价下跌将临近两道潜在支撑，首先是布尔带下轨（现位于1275），再就是6月低点与10月低点结成的支撑线（现位于1270），因此后续应关注1270-1275这一区域的支撑作用，若这一带支撑有效则面临反弹风险，若跌破料打开进一步下行空间。
