欧洲时段，ICE美元指数小幅反弹，市场交投清淡，金属价格窄幅震荡，其中黄金表现较强，早盘时金价一度快速升至1354日内新高，美联储利率决议前市场情绪趋于谨慎。
【基本面】
周四凌晨美联储将公布10月利率决议结果，这是本周最重要的风险事件，多数投资者对本次决议不抱任何期待，预计FOMC不会在10月决议上开始削减定量宽松。一方面，美国就业市场的改善速度显著放缓，三季度月均非农新增就业人数仅为14.3万，远低于今年1-9月月均水平17.8万；另一方面美国物价水平仍疲软不堪，8月核心CPI年率仅小幅升至1.8%，同期核心PCE更维持在1.2%低位，通胀持续低迷无疑进一步降低削减宽松的激励；再加上三季度产出扩张有所放缓，而财政僵局也对下游需求构成了负面影响，最新数据显示10月Markit制造业PMI意外降至51.1，Markit首席经济学家将数据恶化归咎于美国政府和国会的预算和债务上限谈判。
综合上述因素可知，美联储不会在短期内放松货币政策，甚至在12月份采取行动的可能性也已经显著降低，目前众多机构的研究报告均将美联储首次削减QE的时间表延后至2014年一季度。
【行情分析】
市场参与者对美联储将在更长时间内维持宽松的预期可能拖累美元，反过来为黄金提供支持。然而从黄金ETF持仓量持续减少可以知道，长期投资者缺乏做多黄金的决心，这可能限制金价反弹空间。除利率决议外，本周还将迎来包括10月ADP就业报告和ISM制造业指数在内的重量级美国数据，有望为商品提供短期指引。若数据低于预期无疑严重打压投资者对美国经济前景的乐观预期，或为金价提供进一步反弹动能，相反若数据意外改善，可能推动美元反弹修正超卖，反过来限制黄金上行空间。
【技术分析】
四小时图价格形成上升楔形，商品信道指针CCI也和价格显著背离，均暗示短期上行动能放缓，上方阻力关注1364 (斐波那契61.8%回调线) ，上破则有望打开进一步反弹空间，持续受阻则面临严峻的回落风险。
黄金窄幅震荡。日图5日均线提供初步支持，短期内或仍有反弹空间。不过中长期趋势仍向下，中期内仍倾向反弹破败后寻机做空。
