本周美联储议息会议 市场普遍认为不会退市

本周美联储将会召开货币政策会议，近日德国商业银行发布了对此次利率决议的展望报告，在报告中德国商业银行认为本周美联储会议不太可能给出任何新的暗示，特别是此次会议没有新闻发布会。决策者可能会选择等待并观望此前预算争斗对于经济究竟产生何种影响。该行认为，美联储在2014年第一季度前不会削减国债购债规模。
德国商业银行认为美国方面令人失望的经济数据，不断恶化的财政状况以及国会两党之间预算争议仍可能再度重演的风险使得美联储只能选择维持货币政策不变。
在报告中德国商业银行还认为美联储在利率声明中肯定会提到财政政策对美国经济构成的下行风险，通胀率也仍低于美联储的目标水平，并重申宽松政策仍然适宜。
美联储的政策动向，从来都是世界投资市场的风向仪，更有可能是影响投资大户整年的入市策略，从前任的联储总栽格林斯潘的减息周期，到伯南克的量化宽松，美元由01年开始经历了12年的低息环境，债务由这12年中亦不断增加，经济从来都是有周期性，投资市场从来没有永远的胜利者，国家是，银行如是，产品 如是，投资者也是一样。所以美国由08年金融海啸到现在，5年的量化宽松政策，由格老年代策划，伯南克执行，很大机会由下任主席耶伦来结束它。9月份议息会议令投资者暂押错了注，10月29-30日两天，普遍也预期暂时不会退市。
【技术分析】
日线图显示，金价受5日平均线支持，KD超买，OSC正面。小时图显示，布尔信道走平，OSC萎缩。表明金价正储蓄上涨动能，区间修整后或将进一步走强，适合逢低做多。
预计短期，伦敦金将考验60日平均线1340的支持，若持稳回升，则反弹测试1360美元和1370美元。
