因美国政府关门损失12万个就业机会 白银跌势结束

美国非农就业人数增加14.8万，预期增长18万人，8月非农业就业人数收正后增长19.3万人，7月非农业就业人数收正后增长8.9万人，该就业报告反映出经济增长缓慢，这很可能打消美联储很快开始缩减购债的念头，市场本来预计美联储会于今年秋天缩减购债，但政府停摆后，美联储观察家将他们的预期推后至12月最早缩减QE。因为就业数据开差，市场预期美联储会推后缩减QE。
美国总统经济顾问委员会公布新报告显示，在美国政府关门最初12天内，国会针对债券上限的争论估计导致美国私营部门损失了12万个就业机会，也导致美国四季度GDP损失0.25%。
美国白宫的这份报告包含该国截止10月12日每日和每周的经济数据。根据该报告，美国零售销售、消费者和经济信心，以及抵押贷款申请等都呈现出了疲软趋势。
美国白宫警告称，即使美国政府在10月16日结束关门，但是这仍可能会对经济带来进一步的影响。
美国经济顾问委员会主席Jason Furman称：
“这份报告凸显了美国政府关门是多么的没有必要，带来的伤害是如此之大。”
“这份报告把美国经济推向了危险的边缘。避免政府再次关门和多考虑就业非常重要，这份报告给了我们原因。增加就业能够促进经济增长，而非拖累经济增长。”
【行情分析】
昨日美国方面不及预期的非农数据推动白银大幅走高，特别是上破了日图前期顶部22.50附近阻力，此前银价已经上破了日图上的短期下行趋势线，而随着再度上破前一顶部，技术上跌势已经结束。
由于此前银价连续6日收阳，银价暂时可能需要整理下，不过只要持稳在22.50上方，短期上行势头就仍然完好，如果意外重回22.50下方，只要在21.00上方能够再次筑底，就仍是不错的买入机会。银价现报22.66美元/盎司附近。
