大公国际下调美国信用等级 金价飙升

大公国际资信评估有限公司17日将之前被列入负面观察名单的美国本、外币主权信用等级从A下调至A-，展望维持负面。大公认为，美国参众议院达成协议结束政府部门关门和提高债务上限，此举虽然使美国联邦政府暂时避免了债务违约，但却没有改变债务增速大幅高于财政收入和国内生产总值的基本面，高度依赖借新还旧维持其偿债能力的模式不断增加联邦政府债务偿还能力的脆弱性，导致主权债务时刻处于危机的边缘，这种状况在可预见的时间内不会有实质性改变。
上日美元出现下跌属于正常现象，但跌势如此猛烈就有些令人意外了。之所以说美元下跌属于正常现象，主要出于两点，一是美国两党成功达成协议，市场“买入消息，卖出事实”，在好消息兑现后，出现回落走势属于正常；二是达成债务上限之后，市场焦点又将转向其他方面，美国经济料会受到政府停摆的影响而复苏减弱，黄金价格上破1300整数关，而由于惠誉并未出面辟谣，市场越发的倾向于降级可能就在眼前，所以时段内，非美货币基本没有回调。
【行情分析】
金价昨日于低点反弹，最低见1273美元，美国两党就短期提高债务上限一事达成共识，但未对金价造成很大的压力，相反，当中国其中一个评级机构大公国际将美国的信誉评级由A调低至A-，消息发布前，黄金在10分钟内暴涨了30 美元多美元，一度逼近每盎司1，320美元；美元大跌，兑一篮子货币美元指数跌破80关口。消息发布后，金价实时反应飙升至1320美元，升幅达46美元，或3.6%，随后于1315附近徘徊整固。
今日金价价位在1310-1340美元区间内，
阻力位：1324、1330、1350
支持位：1304、1290
未来焦点将重投于美国经济、QE政策上，要关注的是之前因美国政府停运而导致各数据都暂停公布，现时政府重启，数据都会陆续公布。
