【行情分析】
导致周二金银价格继续下跌的因素依然来自美国，隔夜有关美国民共两党接近达成结束关门和调高债务上限的消息刺激风险偏好大幅攀升，避险资产金银则迅速自日内反弹高位回落，今日欧洲时段进一步下跌录得三个月新低。
金价自8月末以来一路震荡下跌，尽管美国政府关门，但对于美国来说习以为常；美国两党谈判一度陷入僵局，但市场普遍预期，和往年一年，美国将最终上调债务上限以避险债务违约。因此市场风险情绪并没有恶化促使投资者买入黄金避险，许多投资者选择逢低买入今年以来大涨的的美股。另外，各大投行也纷纷看跌黄金。在这种背景下，逢高做空黄金仍是主轴。
从短期来看，市场也缺乏刺激投资者大量买入黄金的事件。接下来市场将关注美国共和党和民主党是否通过该短期提案，若发生修改或 推迟投票等“插曲”，美元下跌或给金银反弹带来一定支持。目前依然倾向高位做空。
金价日内进一步下跌录得3个月新低1251.54美元/盎司，延续近期下跌趋势，近期目标再度指向1200的可能性较大。
【技术分析】
据报道美国预算与债务上限之争有了突破性进展，知情人士称两党将达成让政府持续开门至2014年1月15日同时延续债务上限至2月7日的方案。这意味着市场的担忧情绪将进一步缓解，犹如惊弓之鸟的黄金在失去避险买盘的情况下继续下挫。日图显示，黄金日内再创近期新低，目前下跌紧贴布林带下轨，这是跌势延续的常见特征，此外RSI指标继续处在50水平下方的空头区域也是金价将维持弱势的信号。鉴于继续看跌的立场，投资者继续持逢高做空策略，而由于目前下方缺乏潜在支撑位，近期下跌可能再次指向1200。
