【基本面】
周一日本、美国和加拿大市场休市，因此数据和消息清淡，贵金属价格受到美元下跌的推动全面反弹，其中铜价连续第三天上涨，金银价格则自上周五创下的三个月低位反弹。导致美元下跌、黄金等避险资产集体上涨的因素依然有关于美国，周末奥巴马与博纳的谈判仍无果而终，美股政府关门进入第三周，风险偏好情绪回落。
上周共和党提出短期债限延长六周的提议，但遭到奥巴马的否决。与此同时民主党领袖里德提出将债限延长至2014年年底，不包括任何削减开支，或者修改奥巴马医改的内容。不幸的是，该议案也遭到了否决。用国会众议院议长博纳的话说，“奥巴马拒绝了众议院共和党的方案，双方陷入了僵局”。本周关注民共两党领袖进展谈判。
金银价格总喜欢在“夹缝”中生长，哪里需要避险哪里就需要黄金白银。显然，日内金银价格获得避险需求的支持出现空头回补行情。不过目前的避险情绪还可没有恶化到足以激励投资者大量买入黄金白银，因此反弹没有可持续的迹象，短期依然为空头市场。
未来可能将支持金银价格的因素包括：美国政府关门时间远超预期，尽管此前的关门几乎没有为贵金属带来利好，但政府关门时间越长，经济受到的影响将更大，避险需求将上升。另外，周四是美债上限调高的最后期限，若两党谈判无法在未来几天取得一些积极进展，美债违约担忧势必再度上升，这也将利好贵金属价格。当然，若两党谈判进展十分顺利，风险偏好再度上升，则金价将难逃进一步下跌的厄运。
【技术分析】
黄金：
金价上周连跌四日录得3个月新低1260.84美元，日内受空头回补支持一度反弹触及1290美元/盎司，出现超跌反弹行情。从技术图形来看，日图金价陷入了一个收敛的下降楔形内震荡，上周回落在楔形底部获得支持反弹，短期或再度测试楔形上轨，1310美元附近。中期内，在突破整理形态之前倾向暂时观望；短期内，可尝试楔形内的高卖低买的策略，紧设止损。
白银：
和黄金一样，受空头回补支持银价日内一路反弹最高触及21.65美元/盎司，上周还下跌在21美元上方企稳。由于缺乏推动，短期依然区间震荡。
技术上，银价日图呈现收敛三角形整理，上周五正好落在下轨获得支撑并小幅反弹。由于无法预料将如何突破，因此短期以观望为主。
