现货黄金延续上周升势 预测1430

8月23日（上周五）发布的美国新屋销售数据大幅下降，让市场重燃其美联储其债权购买的经济刺激的希望。受此影响，金价在上周五上升2%，达到两个月最高点，接近1400美元／盎司。
8月26（周一）亚市早盘，现货黄金延续上周五强势，目前最高触及1406.6美元／盎司，为6月7日以来首次重返1400关口。
美国商务部（DOC)上周五发布报告称，美国7月份新屋销售大幅低于预期，创下超过三年来最大的跌幅。
同时公布的数据显示，美国7月新屋销售年率为39.4万户，为2012年10月来最低，预计为49.0万户：6月修正为45.5万户，初值为49.7万户。数据还显示，7月新屋销售较前月下降13.4%，为2010年5月来最大跌幅。
分析师预测金价有机会上升至1430。
