贵金属基本面缺乏足以形成趋势的要素
尽管反弹势头极为疲软，但黄金(1413.60,-2.20,-0.16%)和白银(22.69,-0.02,-0.09%)价格到目前为止都得以免于再创新低。
而实际上在此期间，周边金融市场的波动并没有减小。以对黄金影响最大的美股和美债来说，道指受到美国经济数据和退出宽松的预期来回冲击，几乎天天有大起大落。而与此同时，美债收益率也早已从低位爬起，其中指标性的10年期国债收益率从最低的1.66%攀升到了最高2.15%的年内最高位。在这期间，贵金属的价格几乎没有值得注意的变化，这证明了目前的贵金属市场对于基本面各种已有消息的冲击的敏感性已经钝化了何种程度。
此前创出记录高位的COMEX市场黄金期货空头净持仓和总持仓在价格迟迟不能下跌的情况下已经开始逐步减少，倘若此时真有足够强劲的买盘，则贵金属市场本该出现报复性的反弹，而目前的盘面非常平静，表明并没有真正意义上的买盘流入，此前传闻中的各国央行增持黄金储备并未能提供足够的上行动力。
最近的一次则是昨天公布的ADP就业数据，远远低于预期。经过调整后的ADP就业数据与美国劳工部的非农就业数据以及失业率之间存在很强的相关性，因此具有较好的遇见能力。在ADP就业数据公布之后我们看到了贵金属市场短暂和虚弱的上涨，基于这样的事实，我们认为，即便是最终的非农就业数据和失业率数据较大幅度偏离市场预期(但小于20万人并高于10万人)，对于价格也不会形成太大的冲击，更不会有太强的延续性，市场依然会很快陷入失去方向的震荡。因此，希望周五的非农就业数据给出方向性指引恐怕会令投资者失望。
就经验来看，贵金属市场很少会重新因为此前已存在的基本面因素走出趋势性的上涨或下跌，除非等到新的市场焦点出现，否则目前的走势格局很难被改变。我们不改变中长线贵金属依然处在下跌轨道中的基本判断，这主要是由于美债收益率大幅上升以后持有黄金的机会成本是提高了，而多头最期望的上升动力通胀预期丝毫还没有抬头的迹象。
