消费支出向好 金银继续承压
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场10月黄金期价9月29日收于每盎司1215.6美元，比前一交易日下滑了4.4美元，跌幅为0.36%。白银期货下跌1.13%，报每盎司17.45美元。
8月消费支出略为上升：美国8月个人消费支出月率为0.5%，稍高于预期值0.4%。核心个人消费支出物价指数年率为1.5%，高于预期值1.4%。由于美国8月的个人及核心个人消费支出物价均双双向好，继续为美国经济的强劲复苏，提供有利的增长动能，促使美元指数稳守盘面高位，从而使以美元计价的黄金再次承压。
香港地区爆发示威活动：据国内媒体报道，香港地区发生了自1997年回归以来最严重示威活动，由于香港民众在特首普选问题上，存在激烈抗争。防暴警员在周日晚间至周一凌晨，多次施放催泪瓦斯，试图驱散示威人群，但示威者无视警方发出的撤离要求，事件也导致了当地多家银行的营业网点暂时关闭。由于香港地区短期内的发生了难以控制的激烈示威活动，因此打压了亚洲地区的风险情绪，黄金的避险吸引力凸显，从而限制国际金价的跌势。
