数据全面向好 黄金创下低位
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场9月黄金期价8月21日收于每盎司1277.3美元，比前一交易日下滑了15.2美元，跌幅为1.18%。白银期货下跌0.21%，报每盎司19.41美元。
美国经济数据全面向好：美国8月制造业采购经理人指数，初值升至58.0，创下4年来的新高；8月费城制造业指数从23.9上修至28，创下了2011年3月以来的最高水平。7月成屋销售也创10个月新高，上周初请失业金人数进一步下降1.4万至29.8万，7月谘商会领先指标月率上涨0.9%，远超过市场预期值0.6%。由于美国的制造业、房地产市场、以及就业数据，均表现出大幅向好的形势，令市场进一步确信，美联储将于明年甚至更早实现加息，数据也促进美元指数走强，从而打压以美元计价的黄金。
黄金处于供过于求的局面：随着自去年至今的国际金价持续低迷，黄金生产商和销售商都面临着巨大的经营压力。由于黄金价格今年上半年处于下行通道，导致黄金矿企上半年的业绩表现极其惨淡，而不断下滑的国际金价，不但没有激起消费者的购买欲望，反而使交易日趋清淡。由于今年以来，亚洲地区的实物黄金需求，一直处于疲弱状态，而“中国大妈”在经历了去年的金价暴跌行情后，现在对实物黄金投资需求大幅削减，印度国家的黄金消费方面，也未能有效提振国际金价。
