联储不急加息 金银继续上涨
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场11月黄金期价10月8日收于每盎司1208.7美元，比前一交易日上升了13.2美元，涨幅为1.09%。白银期货上涨1.11%，报每盎司17.37美元。
美联储续持低利率政策：美联储公布的9月会议纪要内容指出，官员们总体强调，加息并没有机械固定的日期，甚至有部分官员们认为，美元走强会拖累通胀，另外美元走强也会对美国的出口和产业化发展构成风险，而美国劳动力资源存在的严重闲置状况，已经引起官员们的重视。从美联储公布的9月会议纪要内容上看，部分官员担忧美元走强速度快于实际经济增长，将对美国经济产生负面影响，而劳动力的动能水平较低，因此市场预计，美联储将维持一段较长时间的低利率政策，为贵金属市场带来资金流入。
标普料俄国经济下行：著名国际评级机构标普认为，短期内欧美国家联手制裁俄罗斯，并不会对俄经济产生更显著的影响，俄罗斯内部从前就存在经济发展的瓶颈，而瓶颈危机将使俄罗斯在今年第四季度GDP出现明显萎缩，标普预计，俄罗斯2014年的总体GDP增长为0.3%，2015年为1.5%。俄罗斯自今年爆发与乌克兰之间的地缘政治问题以后，除了造成俄国货币卢布贬值，俄国经济更是雪上加霜，而机构下调俄国经济发展预期，料俄罗斯将继续增持黄金储备，从而最大力度避免经济萎缩构成的下行风险。
