通胀符合预期 金银小幅下跌
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场9月黄金期价8月29日收于每盎司1288美元，比前一交易日下滑了2美元，跌幅为0.16%。白银期货下跌0.26%，报每盎司19.4美元。
7月核心个人支出符合预期：美国7月核心个人消费支出物价指数年率为1.5%，表现符合市场预期，反映出核心个人消费支出物价指数，作为美国通胀指数重要指标之一，它已经连续第27个月低于美联储长期目标。由于美国核心个人消费支出物价指数，并没有出现明显的通胀危机，数据的温和增长，一直符合着市场期望，这将促使美元的货币功能稳定，从而使作为对冲资产的黄金受压。
德国7月零售销售较差：欧元区德国7月零售销售年率为-1.4%，严重低于市场预估值0.1%，而欧元区8月消费者物价指数的年率初值，也是仅仅符合市场预期，为0.3%。由于德国作为欧元区较强的经济大国，其重要增长数据的低迷，加大了欧央行实施现阶段刺激措施的压力，而8月欧元区消费者物价指数的平淡表现，也使市场对欧元区的经济增长陷入担忧，二者均对欧元走势构成打压，从而拖累金价走弱。
