马航客机坠毁 金银受益上涨
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场8月黄金期价7月17日收于每盎司1318.7美元，比前一交易日上升了18.4美元，涨幅为1.43%。白银期货上涨1.73%，报每盎司21.19美元。
马航客机于乌俄边境坠落:马来西亚MH17航班在乌克兰境内，近乌俄边境位置的地带被导弹击中后坠落。该客机在10公里高的正常高度飞行时，遭到了俄方发射到乌克兰的导弹袭击，随即失速坠毁到距离俄罗斯边境约50公里的地方。客机上295名人全部遇难，包括15名机组人员和280名乘客。由于马航客机在乌俄边境地区发生因导弹袭击，造成的无辜遇难事件，这震惊了全球市场，导致金融市场上的避险情绪激烈上升，黄金作为首要的避险资产则获得支持。
美国经济数据参差不一:美国商务部昨日公布了6月新屋开工和营建许可数据，新屋开工总数年化降至89.3万户，为2013年9月以来最低水平，6月营建许可总数降至96.3万户，为今年1月以来最低；而美国劳工部公布的7月12日初请失业金方面，则好于市场预期，美国7 月12日当周初请失业金人数降至30.2万，低于预期的31.0万。由于美国房产数据表现依旧较差，而初请失业金的人数减少，反映劳动力市场复苏正持续地获得前进的动力，这与美联储希望的经济全面增速仍有一段距离，故在美元处于量化宽松的货币环境下，以美元计价的黄金则会走强。
