上海与新加坡的黄金PK战

据新加坡交易所近日的公告称，预计在9月推出黄金现货合约，该合约是第一个以批发25公斤金条为主体的全球性合约，将由六个每日合约组成一个系列，这将给实物黄金用户提供获得具有竞争力价格的公斤金条的途径。
新交所公布此合约的时机比较微妙，而同样在本周，上海黄金交易所（下称“上金所”）理事长许罗德表示，新的国际交易所将在今年第三季度开张，外资银行对自贸区新的黄金国际交易兴致良好。
事实上，新加坡对黄金的兴趣由来已久。早在2012年10月，新加坡政府就宣布豁免投资级的黄金、白银和白金的消费税；而在2010年设立的新加坡自由港，也推出贵金属仓储服务，以推动贵金属在新加坡本地进行交易，且目前已经有多家国际投行在新加坡推出了黄金仓储服务。
目前，从全球黄金市场看，最有影响力的市场在伦敦和纽约。伦敦主要以现货交易为主，在纽约进行的则主要是黄金期货交易。亚洲的香港、上海、迪拜、印度等市场的交易量也在逐年增长，对黄金价格的影响力也在逐渐增大。
据世界黄金协会数据，亚洲去年消费的黄金珠宝、金条和金币占了全球消费总数的63%，高于2010年时的57%。
上海对于黄金市场的地位依然不容忽视。中国是世界上第一大黄金进口国，同时也成为了世界最大的黄金生产国。上金所是全球最大的现货黄金交易市场，而上金所国际板获批也意在加强中国争夺国际贵金属定价权的竞争力。据上金所透露，筹划中的上海自贸区新的黄金国际板交易将吸纳1000吨黄金库存。
从产量和进口量来看，中国的黄金市场应该是国际黄金市场一股重要的力量，去年中国的黄金企业生产近430吨黄金，进口超过1500吨黄金，两者加起来将近2000吨。上金所数据显示，2013年全年，黄金产品成交量达到1161万千克，约1.161万吨，成交金额达到32133亿元，均大幅增长。
许罗德此前表示，中国这么大量的进口，但是对黄金价格方面的影响力却很小，中国的世界黄金话语权与市场体量不匹配。
上金所黄金国际板的推出也是国内现货黄金交易国际化的重要一步。近日，上金所与4家银行签订了《结算银行合作协议》。根据协议，符合条件的境外和自贸区内客户可在签约银行分账核算单元内开设自由贸易账户，参与黄金交易。
