秘鲁1月铜产量年增20% 金产量减5.8%

秘鲁能源及矿产部3月14日公布,2014年1月份,铜产量年增20%至111,855公吨,黄金产量年减5.8%至11,089,193公克,银产量年增2%至274,725公斤,锌产量年减9.5%至100,885公吨,铅产量年增8%至21,995公吨,锡产量年增27%至2,015公吨。秘鲁是全球第三大铜产国,仅次于智利与中国大陆,该国也是南美最大的金银铅锌生产国。2013全年,秘鲁铜铅锌银产量分别年增5.9%、6.9%、5.5%以及5.6%,各为1,375,641公吨、266,472公吨、1,351,273公吨以及3,674,283公斤,黄金产量年减6.2%至151,486,072公克,锡产量年减9.3%至23,668公吨。能矿部表示,1月份铜产量增加主要受到国内大型铜矿包括安塔米纳(Minera Antamina)与赛洛维德(Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde)等产量增长的带动,黄金产量减少则是因为最大金矿雅纳科察(Minera Yanacocha)产量减少的影响。矿业占秘鲁国内生产总值(GDP)约10%比重,并占政府收入的30%比重,以及出口收入的60%比重;其中,铜与黄金分别为秘鲁第一与第二大出口商品。
秘鲁能源与矿业部长Jorge Merino表示,受到国内几处大型铜矿产量增长的带动,2014年秘鲁铜产量预期将年增17%,金银产量也可望年增10%以上。秘鲁2014年预计投产的新矿包括南方铜业(Southern Copper Corp)的Tia Maria以及英美资源(Anglo-American)的Quellaveco铜矿,此外,纽蒙特矿业(Newmont)耗资48亿美元的Conga铜矿项目正与政府持续协商当中,嘉能可(Glencore Xstrata)耗资59亿美元的Las Bambas铜矿项目则预计年底以前开始生产。国际铜研究组织(ICSG)报告表示,未来几年新矿以及产能扩充的项目主要来自巴西、智利、中国大陆、刚果、蒙古、秘鲁、美国与赞比亚,占全球产能增加的七成比重或410万吨,其中智利与秘鲁分别占全球产能增幅的12%与19%比重。
