美元上涨 金银小跌
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）4月黄金期货2月19日收盘下跌0.3%，收报每盎司1,320.4美元，美元指数上涨0.2%，3月白银期货下跌0.2%，收报每盎司21.85美元。
全球最大黄金ETF减持 白银增持：全球最大黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）19日黄金持有量减少5.64公吨成为795.61公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量增加119.67公吨成为10,150.51公吨。
美联储会议纪要：每月减债100亿美元；美联储（FED）于周三（2月19日）公布会议纪要，部分委员希望以可预见的每月缩减100亿美元的方式撤出债券购买计划。会议纪要指出，在1月28-29日举行的上一次货币政策会议上，美国联邦市场公开委员会（FOMC）与会者同意，改变首次加息的前瞻指引不久之后将是适宜的，而数名委员希望就每次会议缩减100亿美元发出明确假设。
英美黄金阿散蒂公司成功削减成本：全球产量第三大的金矿商英美黄金阿散蒂公司（AngloGold Ashanti Limited）2月19日表示，在该公司成功削减支出以及推进两座金矿投产的带动下，2013年总投入生产成本（All-in sustaining costs, AISC）有所改善，而黄金产量也出现九年来的首度增长。2013年英美黄金公司黄金产量超出原定目标达到410.5万盎司，相比2012年为394.4万盎司，这是该公司年度产量自2005年以来首度增长。2013年总生产成本则是较上年度的每盎司1,251美元下滑至1,174美元，其中，第四季的生产成本更降至每盎司1,015美元。
