美国经济前景佳 金银下跌
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）2月黄金期货1月21日收盘下跌0.8%，收报每盎司1,241.8美元，因经济前景转佳将降低避险需求的影响，美元指数下跌0.1%，3月白银期货下跌2.1%，收报每盎司19.87美元。
全球最大黄金白银持平不变：全球最大黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）21日黄金持有量持平为797.05公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为10,029.22公吨。
预估中国大陆今年黄金进口量减少：瑞士信贷（Credit Suisse）贵金属研究主管Tom Kendall预估，中国大陆今年的黄金进口量或减少10%-15%，因目前中国大陆国内已经有相当多的库存可以释放到市场上面。法国兴业银行（Societe Generale）金属分析师Robin Bhar也称，去年包括金价大跌引发的购买潮今年可能不会再现，因此中国大陆今年的黄金进口量应不会达到与去年相同的水平。澳纽银行（ANZ）预估2014年中国大陆黄金进口量将为900公吨，俄罗斯外贸银行资本（VTB Capital）也预计中国大陆今年的黄金进口量会减少至1,000公吨以下；不过，南非标准银行（Standard Bank）认为中国大陆近年的黄金进口量仍将维持与上年度相同的水平。
