金银上涨 美指下跌
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）2月黄金期货1月9日收盘上涨0.3%，收报每盎司1,229.4美元，主要受到实物需求以及基金买盘的带动，美元指数下跌0.1%，3月白银期货上涨0.7%，收报每盎司19.683美元。
全球最大黄金ETF持有量减少 白银持平：全球最大黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）24日黄金持有量减少1.5公吨成为793.12公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为9,909.49公吨。
金价下跌 金矿商黄金储备缩水：最大黄金生产商巴瑞克黄金公司（Barrick Gold Corp.）目前即是用1,500美元的金价来评估其黄金储量，该公司此前表示，金价下跌300美元的话，约将令该公司的黄金储量减少10%；第二大金矿商纽蒙特矿业（Newmont Mining Corp.）目前则是用1,400美元的金价来评估其黄金储量。
Goldcorp：未来2年黄金产量将增50%；知名矿商Goldcorp周四在年度产量报告中指出，2013年黄金年产量共计267万盎司，同比上涨11%。另外，该公司预计2014年黄金年化产量将增长13—18%，至300-350万盎司之间。该公司表示，预计未来两年(2014-15年)黄金产量整体将增加50%，而总维持成本将削减15-20%。预计2014年总维持成本将下降至950-1000美元/盎司，较2013年的1065美元/盎司进一步削减。该公司还称，“整体运营成本不断下降将推动旗下Penasquito矿山的矿石金品味及副产品产量增加以及Pueblo Viejo和Cerro Negro矿山生产成本的降低。未来还将通过开展优异的项目来增加成本收益。”
