印度或放宽政策 金价有望上涨

金价重挫 瑞士央行亏损 取消配发股利：金价去(2013)年重挫28%、跌幅创1981年之最，把避险基金、投资散户和金币收藏家杀得措手不及，而满手黄金的各国央行也难逃惨亏命运。华尔街日报、金融时报等多家外电报导，瑞士央行(Swiss National Bank)6日透过声明稿坦承，在金价重挫的冲击下，该行黄金部位市值去年减损了150亿瑞郎(166亿美元)，也让该行在当年出现90亿瑞郎(约100亿美元)的亏损。这迫使瑞士央行取消对股东配发股利的计划，为自1907年创立以来首见。另外，该央行也无法对瑞士26个州政府和联邦政府另外支付款项，是1991年以来第一次出现这种情况。
美联储减码卢比未受影响 印度考虑放宽黄金进口管制：2013年，印度央行出台了限制黄金进口的措施，以控制经常账户赤字，缓解卢比贬值压力。近期据海外媒体报道，印度政府官员正在讨论降低创纪录的黄金进口关税，并放松出口管制。数据显示，在截至去年11月的6个月时间内，印度官方的黄金进口量萎缩了90%，这也使得中国超越印度成为全球最大的黄金进口国。有分析人士表示，美联储在去年12月决定开始削减购债规模之后，卢比汇率并未受到明显影响，令当局考虑做出放松管制的决定。
