HSBC:印度通胀增7% 拉动实物黄金需求

12月17日，汇丰银行(HSBC)分析师James Steel称，继10月印度通胀同比增长7%之后，11月该国通胀再度攀升至7.52%的14个月来高位，这将有助于拉动印度个人投资者的实物金需求。
Steel指出，当前印度央行(RBI)仍在继续限制该国的黄金贸易，使得潜在的需求变得越发膨胀，因此如果2014年印度央行放缓限制，这样的需求将突然爆发，推动黄金进口大幅增长，并支撑金价。
另外，汇丰在日内给客户的回信中称，“11月印度黄金珠宝出口同比下滑近三分之一，至4.761亿美元。同时印度珠宝首饰出口促进委员会(India’s Gems and Jewelry Export Promotion Council)此前也表示，因贸易限制该国黄金原料面临严重短缺，从而导致黄金的非法贸易，如走私等。”
