美国房产数据开好 国际现货黄金继续下跌

【基本面】
商务部报告显示，美国10月营建许可上升6.2%至103.4万创5年新高，9月营建许可也显著回升至97.4万，新屋开工数据由于政府10月停摆不得不延后到12月初公布。营建许可往往被视为房产市场领先指标，能有效衡量未来市场需求，该数据在三季度末和四季度初显著改善彰显房地产市场复苏依旧强劲，利率上升未能对房产市场构成威胁。截止至11月21号当周美国30年期抵押贷款利率为4.22%，比年初水平高约100基点，对美联储削减定量宽松的担忧导致美国长期利率水平比年初显著上升。好于预期的数据未能指引美元和黄金短期行情，ICE美元指数依旧上行乏力，现货黄金则在日内低点窄幅整理。北美时段继续关注美国11月咨商会消费者信心指数，意外改善的结果仍有望小幅提振美元和打压黄金回落，黯淡的数据可能为金价提供反弹动能。
周三美国公布10月耐用品订单数据，美国私人投资增速在9月份有所放缓，9月耐用品订单同比增速从14.1%降至7.8%，核心资本品订单同比增速从9.0%回落至8.7%，10月数据将提供四季度初美国投资领域的最新进展。前期公布的消费数据表现良好，10月零售销售年率回升至3.8%，若投资数据超出市场预期，则有望进一步提振投资者对美国经济前景的乐观预期，有望为美元提供较强支持，低于预期的结果无疑加重美元回落风险。继续关注ICE美元指数能否上破长期阻力位81.50-81.80，只有有效上破才能打开上行空间，持续破败则面临重新转弱风险。
【技术分析】
昨日黄金走势先抑后扬，随着亚欧时段逐渐消化掉周末伊朗限核方面的消息，金价在美国时段开始大幅收复之前跌幅，并收涨于1250上方，日线完成了一根长下影线的小阳线。从技术分析上看，日图显示，黄金受布尔带下轨支撑收涨于1250上方，且RSI指标自30水平反弹，使得后续进一步反弹的风险增加。由于四小时图显示金价反弹目前刚好交投于10月30日以来形成的下行趋势线（现位于1253）附近，因此对于短期反弹能否持续，投资者应密切关注黄金能否突破四小时图下行趋势线。对于激进的投资者可尝试在目前位置做多，止损于四小时图布尔带中轨1244下方，而若符合预期进一步反弹的目标看到1275。
