伯南克提新论点 金价小涨
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）12月黄金期货11月19日收盘小涨0.1%，收报每盎司1,273.5美元，美元指数下跌0.1%，12月白银期货小跌0.1%，收报每盎司20.334美元。
全球最大金银ETF持仓量与上一交易日持平：全球最大黄金上市交易基金（ETF）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）19日黄金持有量持平为864.51公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为10,404.87公吨。
德意志银行：若Fed推迟减码至明年 黄金反弹力度将加强德意志银行（Deutsche Bank）报告称，当前市场令黄金价格承压的因素有很多，比如美国利率的上升、美元指数的强势和股市风险溢价的下降，但任何黄金ETF持仓流出势头的放缓或者出现实质上的企稳都能在短期内推动黄金价格的反弹，并且如果美联储（Fed）再次推迟缩减宽松政策至明年的话，黄金的反弹将进一步增强。
伯南克：经济足以让政策紧缩前 利率将接近零根据FED发布的新闻稿，柏南克在美东时间19日晚间对华盛顿D.C.全美经济学家俱乐部(National Economists Club)晚宴发表的演说稿中表示，量化宽松货币政策(QE)减码的时间仍端赖就业市场能否持续改善、通膨率是否升高至央行设定的2%目标而定。伯南克并指出，即使量化宽松货币政策(QE)完全结束、失业率降到6.5%的升息门坎，FED仍可能会在很长一段时间内将联邦基金利率保持在低档。他甚至提出「在经济数据足以让货币政策开始紧缩前、联邦基金利率都会接近于零」的新说法。
