普罗索发言 黄金继续空头
截止至北京时间2013年11月19日15:00，伦敦金报价1272.8美元/盎司，高价为1275.55美元，低价为1270.4美元，波幅为5.15美元。
CITI：2014年黄金均价1255美元 钯金表现将最佳花旗研调（Citi Research）最新报告预估2014年平均金价将下跌至每盎司1,255美元，主要因为美国联储局的量化宽松政策将开始减码的影响，但来自中国大陆的强劲需求预计会对金价构成支撑。花旗也预期明年度钯金将会是表现最佳的贵金属。花旗报告指出，今年黄金资产遭到西方投资人重新配置主要是因为低通膨的预期，以及其他资产的吸引力增加。报告表示，今年以来金价下跌24%，反观标普五百指数则是上涨了24%。花旗认为美国联储局最可能宣布量化宽松缩减的时机是在明年三月，并认为量宽缩减对金价的影响应属于短期。
美联储杜德利与普罗索讲话：在感恩节前，美联储10月会议纪要当属最大的风险事件，市场将从该纪要中寻找12月削减的蛛丝马迹。今晨，明年将获得美联储投票权的杜德利，以及现任委员普罗索分别发表了讲话，二人就削减一事意见不一：杜德利认为目前继续购债仍是利大于弊的，而普罗索却不敢苟同，他认为现在开始削减QE的时机已经成熟。二人发言后美元指数仅出现小幅震荡。从目前的走势上看，美元指数已走出了更低的高点，美联储会议纪要发布在即，如市场看到美联储继续将削减QE后延的可能较大的话，美元将延续其下行趋势，但仍不足以支撑金价上升。
