美元上涨 金银期货下跌
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）12月黄金期货11月12日收盘下跌0.8%，收报每盎司1,271.2美元，美元指数上涨0.1%，12月白银期货下跌2.4%，收报每盎司20.778美元。
黄金ETF持有量持平 白银减持：全球最大黄金上市交易基金（ETF）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）12日黄金持有量持平为868.42公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量减少53.93公吨，收报10,443.82 公吨。
亚特兰大Fed：Fed有机会在12月减码QE亚特兰大联邦储备银行(FED)总裁洛克哈特12日在接受专访时表示，FED有机会在12月减码QE。他虽未特别强调FED会在12月采取行动，但仍表示QE减码议题将是未来货币会议的讨论重点。洛克哈特说：「我不认为当前的环境排除了12月减码的可能性，而明年1月虽将因减支问题再度重演而让局势变得复杂，但FED届时仍有机会缩减买债规模。」洛克哈特今年在联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)并无投票权。这个消息拖累了美国公债价格。
法国兴业：金价明年将跌至1100美元法国兴业银行（Societe Generale）此前报告也称，尽管近期的多项经济事件给了黄金价格坚定的支撑，但黄金目前依然处在周期性的下降趋势中。该行表示，因黄金价格波动而引发的需求暴增已经开始逐渐平息下来，因此有很多理由让投资者相信黄金将继续下跌，尤其是美国的宽松货币政策最终将会结束。因此，该行维持明年黄金价格将跌至1,100美元/盎司的预期不变。
