瑞银：印度黄金消费将上扬 金价或上升

10月28日报导，瑞银集团（UBS）报告指出，虽然印度政府制出多项措施来抑制黄金的消费，以控制该国经常帐赤字的扩大；不过，随着第四季节庆以及结婚旺季的到来，印度的黄金消费可望上扬，受到政府措施的影响恐怕不大。南非标准银行（Standard Bank）的报告也称，该行的实物金指数显示亚洲黄金需求整体健康，过去几周已有所回升；该行预期金价近期将会上扬，主要受到季节性消费的带动。
瑞银报告表示，印度节庆季节的金饰需求受政府政策的影响不大，投资需求则可能受到影响；不过，在印度投资需求与消费需求的区别并不明显，而且相比金饰需求来说，投资需求也显得较少。就全球的角度来说，黄金投资需求下滑主要是因为其他资产的吸引力提高，并明显反映在金币需求以及黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）的减少上面。
瑞银认为，即将到来的印度大选对其国内金市也有重要影响，因为政策可能会有些许改变。英国基金公司ETF Securities Ltd. （ETFS）发表季度报告指出，第三季黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）的资金流出已经较前季创新高的196亿美元缩减至32亿美元；不过，如果就月度来看，今年黄金ETF的流出金额在4月份创下87亿美元的高峰之后已经逐渐回稳。
路透社报导，本月印度黄金较伦敦黄金的溢价触及纪录新高的每盎司100美元或约8%，因节庆季节前供应短缺。印度宝石和首饰联合会的主席Bachhraj Bamalwa表示，目前国内市场难觅黄金供应，但受节庆季节影响，需求已经小幅增加。世界黄金协会此前表示，预计印度第四季的黄金进口量将增加15%至300吨。
