麦嘉华:看好金价 耶伦比伯南克敢印钱

麦嘉华(Marc Faber)本月14日在接受彭博电视台专访时指出、1,200-1,250美元/盎司将是黄金的买进区间,结果黄金现货价在15日最低跌至1,251.30美元就反转走高。麦嘉华为何持续看好金价?难道是因为他断定,有望成为联储局(FED)成立近一百年来第一位女性主席的珍妮特耶伦(Janet Yellen)会比伯南克(Ben Bernanke)更敢印钱?
麦嘉华21日在接受CNBC电视台专访时指出,投资人不该问FED何时会缩减买债规模、而是要问何时会加码(例如:一个月买1,500亿美元?2千亿美元?1兆美元?)!麦嘉华始终认为FED其实是在执行「无限量QE(QE Infinity)」,因为官方在紧急状态下启用的暂时性措施到最后都不会移除。他直称,FED把自己困在一个无法退场的处境。
麦嘉华还提到,通膨有很多种,有消费者物价通膨、薪资通膨以及资产通膨;全球目前正处于巨大的资产泡沫/债务泡沫当中。他预期总有一天资产通膨会演变成通缩崩跌,但目前还不清楚究竟什样的因素会引发通缩。根据瑞士信贷的估计,过去12个月股市上扬令美国增加170万名新科百万富翁。根据BMO私人银行的调查,61%的百万富翁表示他们现在过得比经济衰退前还要好。
美国财政部18日公布的数据显示,拜国会调高举债上限(注:2014年2月7日以前可无限量举债)之赐,美国公债余额帐上立即暴增3,280亿美元至17.027兆美元、创历史新高!FED主席提名人叶伦3月4日在全美商业经济协会(NABE)发表演说时指出,现阶段并无任何迹象显示FED必须削减购买计划,而且也没有证据显示QE已经影响到金融市场的正常运作。
