美国财政磋商被搁置 利好黄金价格

因日内美国参议员称参议员将暂停财政磋商，直至众议院共和党研究出解决债务上限和政府拨款的方案，现货黄金从日内触及的三个月低点大幅反弹，转跌为涨。此前因市场预期美国两党即将达成一致协议，推动美元劲涨，黄金承压下挫至日内1251.60美元/盎司的低点。
利好金价消息面：
1.奥巴马原定于在美东时间周二下午3:15会晤众院民主党领袖，讨论财政僵局，但随后参议院暂停了该磋商，直到众议院共和党研究出解决债务上限和政府拨款的议案。此后众议院共和党提出了一项新议案，根据该议案，将延长债务上限至2月7日，并为政府拨款直至12月15日。
2.白宫发言人卡尼周二表示，参议院内部的谈判正确的进展，但”我们离达成协议还很远”。
3.评级机构惠誉宣布将美国评级列入负面观察名单。
4.纽约联储周二公布的资料显示，美国10月纽约联储制造业指数跌至1.52，预期7.50，前值6.29。
5.美国达拉斯联储主席费舍尔周二表示，预计美联储不会在10月会议上缩减购债，因为在本月缩减购债的时机过于敏感。他表示鉴于美国财政僵局，在10月的FOMC会议上个人不会支持缩减量化宽松政策。费舍尔是美联储公开市场委员会的鹰派决策者。
利空因素：1.10月14日SPDR黄金ETF持仓量减少1.85公吨，至889.13公吨。
