避险需求降 Comex黄金白银期货下跌
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）12月黄金期货10月11日收盘下跌2.2%，收报每盎司1,268.2美元，因避险需求下降。美元指数下跌0.1%。12月白银期货下跌2.9%，收报每盎司21.259美元。
黄金ETF持仓量减少 白银不变：
全球最大黄金上市交易基金（ETF）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）11日黄金持有量减少5.4公吨成为890.98公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为10,565.19公吨。
纽蒙特矿业公司报告预估黄金产量不变：
美国最大金矿商纽蒙特矿业公司（Newmont Mining Corporation）10月10日公布生产报告指出，该公司第三季黄金为128.3万盎司，销量则为126.3万盎司。该公司维持今年的黄金产量预估于480-510万盎司不变。
中国大陆从香港进口黄金达去年2倍：
香港政府统计处最新数据显示，中国大陆前8个月从香港进口的黄金量达到861.40吨，是去年同期361.02吨的2倍有余。部分业内人士推测，中国央行是巨额增长数据背后的“大东家”。目前人行黄金储备数据依然停留在2009年初所公布的1054吨，4年半时间里没有发生变化。而在当年公布该变化时，则增加了400吨。
