美联储推迟缩减QE 国际金仍难破1300

金价第3个交易日下跌，因外界担心美国联邦准备理事会（Fed）恐减缓财政刺激，削减黄金保值需求。
美元指数隔夜延续反弹走势，连续第四个交易日走高。纽约联储主席杜德利表示，美联储年内依旧有启动削减购债规模的可能性，这仍取决于经济数据的表现。但杜德利还辩护称，市场不该对美联储9月不缩减QE感到惊讶，伯南克没有承诺过会在9月缩减QE。与此同时，隔夜美国经济数据表现疲软，限制美元反弹空间，非美货币纽约早盘一度出现反弹，不过反弹空间和延续性不佳。
数据显示，美国9月咨商会消费者信心指数创5月以来最低水平，降至79.7，不及预期79.9。美国9月里奇蒙德联储制造业指数为0，远不及前值+14。
对于金价来说，关键的决定因素还是美联储的QE政策缩减时间，在美联储利率决议后，对于缩减QE政策的时间点，市场逐步出现了分歧，大部分分析师预期是12月份，部分预期可能要到2014年第一季度。
不过毋庸置疑的是由于美联储推迟缩减QE政策，金价的下行压力大大缓解，而从近几日金价的走势来看，一直未能测试1300关口，因此恐怕如果没有意外消息打压，短线跌破1300关口的可能性不大。
欧洲方面，德国9月IFO商业景气指数为107.7，不及预期108.2。欧洲央行管委会委员诺沃特尼表示，就现在而言，非常规政策仍然重要，尚未到讨论退出的时机。整体看来，诺沃特尼言论偏向温和，和此前预期基本一致。同时，英国央行副行长塔克亦表达宽松言论称，英国央行不会急于退出货币刺激政策。MPC委员迈尔斯也表示，金融危机后经济极为疲软，在缩减QE前还有很长的路要走。
今日欧元区方面数据对市场并非十分重要，欧洲时段主要关注英国9月CBI零售差值数据，预计将对英镑带来一波短线指引。日内重点关注晚间美国房市数据，美国8月新屋销售占据着重要地位，能直接反应美国房地产市场的景气状况，令投资者联想到美国经济的现状和未来。若数据表现不佳，恐遏制美元短期反弹趋势，反之将进一步助涨美元势头。
此外，美国8月耐用品订单亦值得关注，市场目前预期为持平，好于前值下滑7.4%。
