黄金市场异常交易 遭Fed对新闻机构追查

路透华盛顿9月24日 – 美国联邦储备委员会(FED/美联储)周二表示，有一份报导指出，在上周公布货币政策声明前后市场出现异常交易，而美联储正对各新闻机构追查此事。
美国国家广播公司商业新闻台(CNBC)报导指出，上周三1800GMT美联储出人意外地发布不缩减购债声明，而芝加哥有一波交易活动看来较其他根据美联储声明交易提前数毫秒发动。
美联储政策制定机构–联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)决定不缩减每月购债850亿美元的规模，引发包括黄金在内的诸多金融市场大涨。
CNBC称，芝加哥研究机构Nanex察觉了纽约商品期货交易所(COMEX)黄金期货在芝加哥的钜量交易活动，根据Nanex计算，这领先纽约金价后续急涨约5-7毫秒的时间。
Nanex指出，若华盛顿方面发出消息，纽约的交易商通常会较芝加哥业者拥有5毫秒的优势，这是因为纽约更接近华府，而资讯传递也需要时间。
Nanex执行长Eric Hunsader指出，在周三1800过后的前七毫秒内，在芝加哥有总值8亿美元的期约进行交易，其中多数为金融及贵金属期货合约。
“这很不寻常，因为资讯要从华盛顿传送到芝加哥得花上七毫秒时间…这意味着消息早一步传到了芝加哥，”他说道。“这让我深感疑惑。”
美联储会在正式公布FOMC声明之前不久将该声明交给新闻机构，但严格规定必须在1800GMT才能发出。
一名美联储发言人表示，美联储将会对新闻机构追查这件事，以确保新闻机构适切地了解美联储限时发布的程序。
