进入黄金需求旺季 价格攀升至11周高点

美国经济数据不如预期，黄金攀抵11周来的高点，伦敦金价格上周每盎斯收1395.8美元，周线收红；黄金专家表示，金价虽然持续上涨，但不确定因素仍多，投资人介入金市勿追高。
美国7月新屋销售不如预期，创3年多来最大跌幅。使市场对联邦储备理事会（Fed）将维持经济刺激措施的臆测升温，资金流入金市避险，现货黄金一度攀抵1400.38美元，创6月7日以来最高价。
另外，纽约期金也一度上涨至1399.9美元，上周五以1395.80美元作收。
黄金上周持续走高，主因为美国新屋销售不如预期，资金流入金市避险，目前金市投资性买盘外流的情形虽然趋缓，但市场仍有不确定因素，投资人介入金市切勿追高，逢低承接为宜。
现阶段已进入黄金需求旺季，年初时多家研究机构下修今年金价预测。日前澳盛银行率先将年底金价预测由稍早的1300美元上调至1380美元，预期近期中国大陆及印度的实金需求仍强。
黄金自6月底起涨以来，涨幅已近15%。目前黄金正处需求旺季，传统上旺季至少持续至9月底，投资人可据此规划操作进出。目前已有部分外资自东南亚国协移出，造成东南亚国家股汇市双双下挫，这方面的不确定性，恐影响黄金需求展望，短线介入金市不宜追高，逢回再进场布局为宜。
