上周五金价波幅为1368美元至1399.7美元。日间波幅只是几元而已，夜晚10点后才展开全日小幅升浪。
美国上周五新出炉的7月份新屋销售意外大减，是去年10月以来新低，也是3年来最大单月跌幅。楼市数据欠佳，令联储局在9月底开始退市压力下降，杜指重上15000点水平，美元偏软，金价随即攀升，曾一度升穿1400美元。
而一年一度的金融论坛Jackson Hole上，美国退市时间表始终没有达到共识。不过都有讨论美国退市对全球金融稳定可能产生威胁，因为近段时间亚洲区的新兴市场出现动荡，很多国家的汇股市都双双下挫。
汇丰亚太区行政总裁王冬胜认为，亚洲市场波动「不会形成大风暴」，但欧美经济元气尚未复原，的确令市场风险增加；美银美林周五全球研究报告显示，上周全球投资者从美国股票基金撤走143亿美元资金，是2008年6月以来最大单周资金撤走量。
基于避险保值作用，金价这个星期都会偏升为主。目标价为1442美元。
今日预估金价波幅为1383美元至1420美元。
