9月份或确定缩减购债 因美国经济好转

对于日前公布的FOMC会议记录，高盛集团首席经济学家Jan Hatzius认为，尽管FOMC（联邦公开市场操作委员会）成员都同意7月份不是启动回收购债的合适时机，在对委员们的前瞻性立场的描述方面则缺少明确线索。部分委员认为应该保持耐心，还有部分委员认为应较快减弱购债力度。没有投票权的部分与会成员称，市场对于退出购债以及最终加息前景的预期与我们先前的看法大致相符。总体上，这些信息意味着9月份可能启动缩减购债，但也不确定。
美国经济咨商理事会（The Conference Board）22日公布7月份领先指标（LEI）优于预期，较前月上升0.6%至96，增幅高于Market Watch调查预估的0.5%，意味着下半年就业、景气复苏有望持续好转。美国上周首次申请失业救济金人数的4周移动平均值较前周修正值减少2,250人至330,500人，则是创下2007年11月以来的新低。
