金价下跌 Kinross第二季产量增加仍亏损

加拿大第三大金矿商金若斯黄金公司（ Kinross Gold Corporation）（TSX: K, NYSE: KGC）7月31日公布，2013年第二季营收较去年同期的10.1亿美元下滑至9.68亿美元，主要受到平均销售金价较去年同期的每盎司1,568美元下跌至1,394美元的影响；除一次性项目的调整后每股盈余为10美分，高于路透社调查分析师平均预估的7美分，以及彭博社调查所预估的6美分。该公司第二季的黄金生产成本较去年同期的每盎司970美元上扬至1,072美元。
受到金价下跌的影响，Kinross第二季提列22.9亿美元的税后非现金资产减记，这也导致该公司第二季净损24.8亿美元或每股亏损2.17美元，去年同期则有净利1.139亿美元或每股盈余10美分。该公司第二季约当黄金产量为655,381盎司，高于去年同期的632,772盎司。该公司预估今年黄金产量240-260万盎司，生产成本介于每盎司1,100-1,200美元之间，并将今年的资本支出降至约14.5-16亿美元，同时也中止每半年8美分的配息。
彭博社报导，受到今年第二季金价重挫的影响，金矿商过去两个月来所宣布的资产减记至少已经达到170亿美元。央行也同样不能幸免于金价的下跌，瑞士央行（Swiss National Bank）7月30日公布的半年度报告表示，今年上半年该行储备资产损失达73亿瑞士法郎（78亿美元），主要因为黄金价格下跌的影响；其中第二季的亏损达到185亿瑞士法郎（200亿美元）。瑞士央行黄金储备为1,040.1公吨，位居全球第七位。
