美國考慮對歐洲四個國家的商品加征關稅
美國正在研究對來自英國、法國、德國和西班牙的價值31億美元的商品征收額外關稅的可能性，這一舉措可能會加劇大西洋兩岸的緊張關系。
據彭博社報道，美國貿易代表辦公室在周二晚間發布的一份文件中表示，它正在考慮對來自法國、德國、西班牙和英國的産品征收最高達100%的關稅。
這些貨物包括橄榄、咖啡、巧克力、啤酒、杜松子酒、一些卡車和機器。
在7月26日之前，有關新關稅的執行情況將公開征求公衆意見。此舉是美國對歐盟長期以來就向大型民用飛機制造商提供補貼的爭議所做出的更廣泛反應的一部分。
世界貿易組織(WTO)去年10月裁定，德國、法國、西班牙和英國向飛機制造商空客(Airbus)提供了非法補貼，並允許美國征收75億美元的關稅。
此外，世貿組織去年12月裁定，歐盟尚未終止這些非法補貼，這給了美國進一步的空間，可以對歐洲産品征收新的關稅。

新的北美墨加貿易協定取代了這三個經濟體之間長達26年的北美自由貿易協定。
當天早些時候，美國最高法院駁回了一個行業組織對美國總統特朗普對進口鋼鐵征收關稅的挑戰，該組織稱特朗普征收關稅的法律的一個關鍵部分違反了美國憲法。
特朗普今年簽署了一項公告，將衍生鋼産品的關稅再提高25%，將衍生鋁産品的關稅再提高10%，加拿大和墨西哥等國被免征這些關稅。
