金价虽回落，但贸易局势、宽松预期等因素仍有支撑能力

2月19日，现货黄金从高位回落，因为美国公布PPI数据对金价造成了一定压力，但金价整体维持上涨趋势，同时及全球经济放缓以及欧美贸易局势的因素，让全球央行的宽松预期有所升温，黄金仍有持续的吸引力。
美联储前主席耶伦表示，美联储将采用瑞士央行和日本央行的一些做法。她说：”如果美联储能够购买公司股票和债券，可能能够在未来经济低迷时期刺激美国经济。不过，她又很快补充道：美联储购买公司债券和股票并不是一个紧迫的问题。
上周公布的欧元区去年第四季度GDP季率仅增长0.1%，为2013年以来的最低增速。其中，法国和意大利经济均在第四季度出现收缩，而德国去年第四季度GDP初值录得零增长，工业产出骤降、制造业继续承压。
分析人士认为，欧洲央行正处于两难境地，一方面降息空间有限需要财政政策支持，但另一方面欧洲各国政策迟迟未能推出刺激措施，无法遏制经济下行的压力。这可能会限制欧洲央行的行动，并进一步拖累欧洲的经济前景。
欧洲央行1月货币政策会议纪要将于2月20日公布。欧洲央行在上月的利率决议中宣布维持各项政策利率不变，并宣布启动2003年首次战略性评估。欧洲央行行长拉加德指出，经济下行风险没有那么显著，但通胀水平仍过低，利率将维持当前或更低水平直至通胀接近目标。
2020年1月，全球黄金ETF及类似产品持仓上升61吨，净流入31亿美元，总持仓量达到了2,947吨的历史新高。在金价上涨5%的推动下，以美元计价的全球黄金ETF的资产管理规模（AUM）在1月增长了8%。
美国贸易代表办公室日前宣布，自2020年3月18日起，美国将对进口自欧盟的大型民用飞机进一步加征关税，税率从之前的10%提高到15%。对此，欧盟驻美国贸易代表团团长托马斯?贝尔特回应称，美国任何单方面加征关税的举动都将遭到报复。德国财政部表示：“我们拒绝美国单方面增加关税。贸易战没有赢家。”
